Lindsay began planning Viva Skin Lounge in 2019 and officially incorporated the business in 2021. Before opening Viva, she was the Director of Nursing at a skilled nursing facility. She saw an opportunity to use her nursing degree in a way that allowed her to build something of her own and create a career on her terms. Aesthetics gave Lindsay the opportunity to combine her clinical background with her passion for entrepreneurship, with the added bonus of having all of her favorite treatments right at her fingertips!

Lindsay’s favorite treatment to receive is tox, always! Her favorite service to perform is facial balancing. She loves looking at the face as a whole and creating results that feel balanced and natural while still allowing each client to look like themselves.

What Lindsay enjoys most about working in the aesthetics industry is being able to help people feel more confident. Seeing clients genuinely feel good in their own skin is incredibly rewarding to her. As Viva has grown, Lindsay has also been able to create that same sense of confidence for her staff by helping them build careers they genuinely love. The bigger Viva becomes, the more people she is able to reach and positively impact, which is one of the things that excites her most about continuing to grow.

When asked what she loves most about owning Viva Skin Lounge, Lindsay says it is seeing what Viva has grown into while knowing they are still just getting started. She is proud to have created a positive environment where people can build careers they genuinely love, grow into roles they are passionate about, and recognize possibilities for themselves that they may not have seen before. Watching the team grow alongside the business and knowing she helped create the foundation for both has been one of the most rewarding parts of owning Viva.

Outside of Viva, Lindsay enjoys spending time and traveling with her family, working on their real estate projects, especially getting to play designer while building equity and reading whenever she gets the chance.

Dominique entered the aesthetics industry in a unique way, initially joining the team as Lindsay’s personal assistant. Dominique quickly became familiar with the aesthetics industry and developed a genuine interest in skincare, wellness, and the confidence that aesthetic treatments can give people. Before joining Viva, Dominique worked in the restaurant industry as a Manager and Event Coordinator.

Dominique’s favorite treatment to receive is lip filler, although she says PRF is truly life-changing!

What Dominique enjoys most about working in the aesthetics industry is the people. She loves working alongside such driven and supportive women and being part of an industry centered around helping others feel their best. Seeing the excitement and confidence clients have after their treatments is incredibly rewarding to her. Even while working behind the scenes, knowing that she plays a part in creating that experience makes her work incredibly meaningful.

When asked what she loves most about working at Viva Skin Lounge, Dominique says it is the culture. She says it is the first job she has ever had where every day is genuinely fun and the workday never seems to drag. She feels incredibly lucky to be surrounded by women who are the definition of “girls’ girls”, supportive, encouraging, and always cheering each other on. With everyone working toward the same goals, Dominique loves being part of a team that works together to create the best possible experience for every client.

Outside of Viva, Dominique enjoys being the fun aunt to her nieces and nephew, rewatching Gilmore Girls for what she says has to be the hundredth time, and spending time laughing with her friends. She is convinced there is no such thing as too much coffee, too many Gilmore Girls reruns, or too much time spent with the people who make her laugh.

Willow joined the Viva Skin Lounge team in April 2025. Before joining Viva, she managed medical spas and other beauty businesses, where she developed a strong passion for the aesthetics industry and the business behind it. As she built her career, Willow realized that a job could not simply be a job for her. She wanted to feel genuinely connected to the business, believe in the services it provided, and be passionate about its purpose. The aesthetics industry gave her that connection, allowing her to be part of a business that helps clients feel confident while also creating opportunities for employees to grow, develop, and succeed.

Willow’s favorite treatment to receive is SkinPen microneedling. She says that completing a series is something you will never regret!

What Willow enjoys most about working in the aesthetics industry is being able to contribute to the growth of a business, help build strong teams and systems, and watch an organization flourish. The continued growth and innovation within the aesthetics industry have only strengthened her passion for being part of it.

When asked what she loves most about working at Viva Skin Lounge, Willow says it is being surrounded by like-minded, motivated women who support and challenge one another to grow. She loves the positive and collaborative environment at Viva and how it encourages everyone to become the best versions of themselves while working together toward a shared goal.

Outside of Viva, Willow enjoys traveling with her better half, spending time outdoors with her pup, and exploring local businesses and restaurants.

Samantha joined the Viva Skin Lounge team in 2022 and has been a nurse for over four years. She always knew she wanted to pursue a career in aesthetics, even while attending nursing school, with the goal of becoming an aesthetic nurse. Samantha loves the combination of medicine, artistry, and building meaningful relationships with her patients. Being able to help someone feel more confident while incorporating her nursing background made aesthetics the perfect career for her.

Before joining Viva, Samantha worked as a bartender and Patient Care Technician throughout nursing school. After graduating, she began working as a bedside nurse on the same floor where she had previously worked as a PCT, gaining valuable experience before transitioning into aesthetics.

Samantha’s favorite treatments to perform are tox and facial balancing, while tox is also her favorite treatment to receive!

What Samantha enjoys most about working in the aesthetics industry is the relationships she has built with her patients, the constant evolution of the field, and the opportunity to continue learning. She loves being able to make a positive impact on someone’s confidence and says it is incredibly rewarding to watch a patient leave feeling like the best version of themselves.

When asked what she loves most about working at Viva Skin Lounge, Samantha says it is nearly impossible to choose just one thing! She loves being part of such a supportive team where everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed. She also appreciates that the team is always learning, growing, and striving to provide the best possible care for their patients. She is so grateful for the relationships she has built from working at Viva Skin Lounge with both patients and her colleagues. Samantha says it makes coming to work each day something she genuinely looks forward to. She also loves being able to use her creative side through managing Viva’s marketing and social media.

Amaya joined the Viva Skin Lounge team in January 2023 and has been an esthetician for four years. Her passion for skincare began at a young age. She spent years watching YouTube videos and trying different skincare brands while navigating her own struggles with acne, which sparked her interest in the industry. Working at her grandmother’s salon showed her that she could turn that passion into a career. With a mother who is also a licensed cosmetologist, Amaya grew up surrounded by the beauty industry and developed a love for helping people feel like the best versions of themselves.

Before joining Viva, Amaya worked at Yoli’s, a local pizza restaurant, followed by working at the front desk of her grandmother’s salon and later at another medical spa.

Amaya’s favorite services to perform are SkinPen Microneedling, Dermaplaning, CO2 Lift Pro, and CO2 Laser. Her favorite treatment to receive is Dermaplaning!

What Amaya enjoys most about working in the aesthetics industry is getting to make people feel beautiful for a living. She loves being able to help clients feel confident and leave feeling like the best version of themselves.

When asked what she loves most about working at Viva Skin Lounge, Amaya says it is the people. She has met two of her best friends, Grace and Samantha, through Viva and loves being surrounded by such a strong and supportive group of women.

Outside of Viva, Amaya enjoys hot mat Pilates, spending time at the lake with her husband, and making memories with her friends and family.

Grace joined the Viva Skin Lounge team in November 2024 and has been an esthetician for almost four years. Her passion for aesthetics began with her own experience struggling with acne, which inspired her to learn more about skin as a whole and how she could help others dealing with similar concerns.

Before joining Viva, Grace worked in restaurants as a server and in retail for a local boutique. She also worked part-time at the salon where her mom works, gaining valuable experience in the beauty industry before ultimately pursuing her career in aesthetics.

Grace’s favorite services to perform are facials, laser treatments, and SkinPen Microneedling. Her favorite treatments to receive are Deluxe Hydrafacials and SkinPen Microneedling.

What Grace enjoys most about working in the aesthetics industry is helping people feel like the best versions of themselves. She especially loves getting to the root cause of a client’s skin concerns rather than taking shortcuts, and she enjoys creating personalized approaches that help clients achieve healthier skin over time.

When asked what she loves most about working at Viva Skin Lounge, Grace says it’s the support the team gives one another. She loves that everyone genuinely works together and is always willing to help, and she’s especially grateful to have met two of her best friends through Viva. She also loves that Viva prioritizes ongoing education and provides opportunities for the team to continue learning and growing within the aesthetics industry.

Outside of Viva, Grace enjoys traveling, relaxing at home with her two cats, and recently discovered a love for hot mat Pilates.

Jessica joined the Viva Skin Lounge team in April 2022 and has been a registered nurse for four and a half years. She is also currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree and is expected to graduate in November 2026.

Jessica’s passion for aesthetics began after experiencing firsthand how Botox could boost her own confidence. She quickly fell in love with the combination of medicine, artistry, education, and helping others feel like the best versions of themselves.

Before transitioning into aesthetics full-time, Jessica worked as a bedside Registered Nurse on a Progressive Care Unit (PCU), caring for higher-acuity patients in a step-down hospital setting. That experience helped build a strong clinical foundation in patient assessment, safety, critical thinking, and patient care that she continues to carry into her work in aesthetics today.

Jessica’s favorite services to perform are consultations and facial balancing, while her favorite treatment to receive is full-face tox.What Jessica enjoys most about working in the aesthetics industry is combining anatomy and science with personalized treatment plans to create natural-looking results. Michele joined the Viva Skin Lounge team in the summer of 2024. She has been a nurse for 16 years and a Nurse Practitioner for 3 years. Her passion for wellness comes from her desire to help people become healthier and, ultimately, prevent disease rather than simply treat it.

Before joining Viva, Michele worked as an ICU nurse for 13 years before becoming a Nurse Practitioner in homecare, where she served as a provider for patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Michele’s favorite services to perform are follow-up appointments, where she enjoys discussing a patient’s progress and determining the next steps. She says it is incredibly rewarding to know that she is helping someone achieve their goals of becoming healthier and feeling better. Her favorite treatments to receive are SkinPen microneedling and tox.

What Michele enjoys most about working in the aesthetics and wellness industry is her patients and watching them become more confident as they become healthier. She loves being part of their journey and helping them feel their best.

When asked what she loves most about working at Viva Skin Lounge, Michele says it is the staff. She loves the people she works with and says they make her laugh every day. She also appreciates that, despite everyone being at different ages and stages of life, they all relate to one another and get along so well.

Stephanie joined the Viva Skin Lounge team in 2021, back when it was still Viva Aesthetics! She has been a registered nurse for nine years and has a diverse background in nursing, including med-surg, wound care, ostomy care, and homecare nursing.

Stephanie was always drawn to the aesthetics industry and loved the idea of helping people feel good about themselves. After years of caring for seriously ill patients in the hospital and homecare settings, aesthetics offered her a refreshing change while still allowing her to make a positive impact on the people she works with.

Stephanie’s favorite services to perform are biostimulators, especially Sculptra and Radiesse. Her favorite treatment to receive is SkinPen microneedling.

What Stephanie enjoys most about working in the aesthetics industry is the variety of treatment options available to help patients feel their best. She loves being able to create personalized approaches and offer patients different ways to reach their aesthetic goals.

Jenn joined the Viva Skin Lounge team in 2023. She has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2016 and became a registered nurse in 2023, allowing her to combine her longstanding passion for the beauty industry with her love for patient education and helping others feel confident.

Before joining Viva, Jenn worked in the salon industry as a cosmetologist. After graduating from nursing school, she then worked on a telemetry unit at Forbes Hospital. Her background in cosmetology gave her a strong foundation in beauty and a natural artistic eye, which she now brings to her work in aesthetics.

Jenn’s favorite service to perform is facial balancing, while her favorite treatment to receive is neurotoxin, or tox.

What Jenn enjoys most about working in the aesthetics industry is using her artistic eye to enhance her clients’ natural beauty and help them feel like the best versions of themselves. She loves being able to combine her creativity with her medical background to create results that feel natural and personalized.

Sophie joined the Viva Skin Lounge team in July 2026. She has been part of the beauty industry for over 10 years and recently became a Registered Nurse, allowing her to combine both of her passions as an aesthetic injector. Sophie has always loved helping people feel confident in their own skin.

Along with working at Viva, Sophie owns and operates her own hair salon, Studio Twenty-Three, where she specializes in luxury bridal hair and extension services. Building long-term relationships with her clients shows her just how much confidence and self-care can positively impact someone’s life and ultimately inspired her to pursue aesthetics.

Sophie’s favorite services to perform are lip filler and full-face tox. She loves creating natural, balanced results that leave her clients looking refreshed while still feeling completely like themselves. Her favorite treatment to receive is Botox, which she loves for the refreshed and confident feeling it gives her while maintaining a natural appearance.

What Sophie enjoys most about working in the aesthetics industry is the relationships she builds with her clients. She believes every appointment is an opportunity to help someone feel more confident, and seeing a client’s smile when they look in the mirror is one of her favorite parts of what she does.

Jessie has always been drawn to careers where she could care for others, and while nursing gave her the opportunity to do that, she eventually realized she wanted to help people in a way that could also restore their confidence. Jessie believes that sometimes the smallest changes can make someone smile when they look in the mirror again, and she feels incredibly grateful to be a small part of that experience.

Before joining Viva, Jessie worked as an RN Supervisor at rehabilitation centers before becoming a stay-at-home mom for the last four years.

Jessie’s favorite services to perform are facial balancing, including facial filler, Sculptra, and Radiesse. Her favorite treatment to receive is SkinPen with Eco Tone Laser.

What Jessie enjoys most about working in the aesthetics industry is the relationships she builds with her patients. Jessie says some of the best conversations happen in the treatment chair, and she feels incredibly lucky that her patients trust her with something so personal. Star's began her nursing career in the Operating Room, but she always knew she wanted to pursue aesthetics. Star has always loved the combination of science, artistry, and having a positive impact on others. Knowing that aesthetics is a competitive industry to break into, she put herself out there and worked hard for the opportunity. She is incredibly grateful that her hard work led her to Viva, where she has been able to grow, learn, and pursue what she loves.

Before joining Viva, Star worked as an Operating Room nurse. Prior to becoming a nurse, she worked as a Patient Care Technician at Children’s Hospital while attending nursing school.

Star’s favorite services to perform are lip filler and facial filler. While she loves all of the services Viva offers, she especially enjoys creating natural, harmonious results that enhance each client’s unique features rather than changing them. Her favorite treatments to receive are microneedling and lip filler. She loves healthy, glowing skin and proudly considers herself a lip filler girl!

Heather joined the Viva Skin Lounge team in July 2026 and has been a nurse for 30 years. Before joining Viva, Heather worked in wound care for many years, along with experience in outpatient surgery, IV therapy, and bedside nursing. Her extensive nursing background has given her a strong foundation that she now brings into her work in aesthetics.

Heather’s favorite services to perform are tox and lip filler, while her favorite treatments to receive are tox and filler.

What Heather enjoys most about working in the aesthetics industry is building relationships with her clients and helping them feel beautiful and confident in their own skin. She loves being able to combine her clinical experience with a personalized approach to help each client feel their best.

Nina joined the Viva Skin Lounge team in July 2026. Her passion for aesthetics began with her own experience navigating acne and skin concerns growing up. She spent years researching skincare and different ways to treat her acne, which introduced her to the world of skincare. During nursing school, Nina discovered aesthetics and quickly realized it was the perfect career for her.

Before joining Viva, Nina worked in the hospital and continues to work there casually. She also works training patients on a medical device, allowing her to continue building on her clinical experience.

Nina’s favorite services to perform are lip filler and facial filler. Her favorite treatments to receive are microneedling with PRP and tox.

What Nina enjoys most about working in the aesthetics industry is being able to combine her artistic side with her love for science. She loves contributing to her patients’ confidence and helping them feel like the best versions of themselves.

Becky joined the Viva Skin Lounge team in 2021 and has been a nurse for 19 years, with five years of experience as an aesthetic injector. Before transitioning into aesthetics, Becky worked in the ICU, building a strong clinical foundation that she now brings to her work with patients.

Becky’s passion for aesthetics began long before she entered the field. She had been investing in her own skin for years and saw firsthand how taking care of your skin can make such a difference over time. She loves being able to be part of someone’s journey toward loving the skin they are in and helping them feel confident along the way.

Becky’s favorite services to perform are tox, Sculptra, and SkinPen, while her favorite treatments to receive are SkinPen and tox.

What Becky enjoys most about working in the aesthetics industry is the relationships she has built with her clients over the years. She loves seeing the immediate joy on their faces after a treatment and hearing about their progress at follow-up appointments. Becky finds it incredibly fulfilling to be part of someone’s transformation, whether they are preparing for a special event like a wedding or finally doing something they have been putting off for years.

The Viva team has become such an important part of her life, and she loves looking back at how much they have grown together over the years. She says it has been such a fun ride and is excited to see what the future holds for Viva.

Haley joined the Viva Skin Lounge team in 2022, after initially beginning to perform tox and filler independently in 2021. She has been a nurse for 12 years and a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for six and a half years.

Haley’s passion for aesthetics began after receiving Botox for the first time in 2020 and becoming obsessed with the glow. As a nurse who has always loved learning, she saw aesthetics as the perfect next adventure and decided to pursue an aesthetics course in 2021.

Before entering aesthetics, Haley graduated from nursing school in 2014 and began her career in the ICU, specializing in trauma. Wanting more autonomy and decision-making in the care of critically ill patients, she went on to anesthesia school and graduated in 2019. A few years later, she added aesthetics to her career and has loved being able to juggle both worlds ever since.

Haley’s favorite service to perform is a full day of Botox, especially when her schedule is booked back-to-back! Her favorite treatment to receive is SkinPen after being freshly toxed. She loves the tight, glassy skin combination.

What Haley enjoys most about working in the aesthetics industry is hearing from first-time clients after they have fallen in love with their skin. She especially loves when a client texts her to share how much confidence they have gained following their treatment.

When asked what she loves most about working at Viva Skin Lounge, Haley says it is how everyone feels like family. She loves being surrounded by such a great group of women and enjoys working alongside people she genuinely relates to.

Jackie's journey started with wanting to be the one selling skincare and Botox, but she soon realized she’d much rather be behind the treatment chair working the magic!

Having dealt with skin concerns herself, she knows firsthand how rewarding it is to help transform her patients’ skin. She is always determined to better her craft and become the best esthetician she can be. Jackie is excited to work with the best products, advanced devices, and an incredible team to help her patients achieve their healthiest skin. She believes skin health is a journey, and she can’t wait to be a part of yours!

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time outdoors at camp, exploring new coffee shops, traveling to new places, and attending concerts. She loves trying new things and picking up new hobbies. Jackie is recently engaged and is excited to start planning her big day! She and her fiancé have an Australian Shepherd who loves pup cups and trips to camp.

Jackie is excited to get started at Viva Skin Lounge and looks forward to growing her career while helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin.

Rachel is a mom of two energetic boys and two dogs who keep her life busy and full!

She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s in Instructional Leadership from Robert Morris University.

As our Lead Front Desk Coordinator, Rachel is often the friendly voice you hear when you call Viva. She helps patients schedule appointments, answers questions, and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes to ensure every patient has a welcoming experience from the moment they reach out.

When she’s not juggling family life, she loves getting lost in a good book, traveling to new places, hiking, baseball, and exploring new restaurants!

She’s always curious, always learning, and happiest when she’s discovering something new.

As a Front Desk Coordinator at Viva, Maddie helps with scheduling, answering phones, and welcoming clients.

Maddie graduated with a degree in Criminology with a minor in Forensic Bioscience. She is continuing her education through UPMC Shadyside School of Nursing.

Outside of work, Maddie enjoys spending time with her cats, friends, and family. She also loves trying new restaurants, attending festivals, and going to concerts.
